ARIKAN DÖKÜM MAKİNA is a privately-owned engineering company founded by Dr. Ing. Hüseyin ARIKAN (1940-2008). Our company has been offering technical and material services to the Aluminium Industry and also the Gray and Nodular Iron Industries for more than 30 years. ARIKAN DÖKÜM MAKİNA cooperates with German and English producers in offering special casting processes and supplying high quality products.

Our partners abroad are as follows

1. SCHÄFER Metallurgie GmbH : Products for aluminium alloys as well as copper alloys and other non-ferrous metals including cleaning-, degassing- and modifying products.
2. DIAMANT Metallplastic GmbH : High end coatings for metal elements to protect them against corrosion, erosion, cavitation plus Metal Impregnation Systems used on the spot without vacuum or pressure plus cold welding products for quick repairs on the spot, under water and on oily surfaces.
3. MK Industrievertretungen GmbH - Al-Schmelze-Messtechnik : Melt test equipment, density index measurement, thermal analysis, core-gas measurement.
4. M & M ALLOYS LTD. : Atomized and milled ferrosilicon, ferroalloys, specialty foundry alloys and inoculants.

SCHÄFER Metallurgie

For more than 100 years, our company SCHÄFER METALLURGIE GmbH has been working for the foundries. We supply products for aluminium alloys as well as copper alloys and other non ferrous metals. This includes cleaning, degassing and modifying products with a customer network all over the world. SCHÄFER products simplify the work of the foundry people. Our products help achieve a higher cleaning level of the metals, improve the metal treatment processes as well as maintain the functionality and lifespan of the furnaces. Our products are constantly updated to adapt to new environmental requirements and the further development of employment and production processes at our customers’ foundries.

DIAMANT Metallplastic GmbH

Since 1886 DIAMANT supplies worldwide satisfied customers with high-quality polymers specialized for the needs of aluminum foundries. Our polymeric solution includes products for sealing leakages, as well as repairs of blowholes with a perfect metallic finish. Moreover, we offer high-temperature wear protection for coquilles and 1-component materials for a perfect surface finish of aluminium castings. Over the last decades we have successfully made it to our business to match the needs of foundry industry. An ongoing improvement and development of our product line means now technologically leading products compatible with first-class services.

MK Industrievertretungen GmbH

MK Industrievertretungen GmbH is a privately owned company established in 1984. It is located in the Westerwald region of Germany, about 100 km from Frankfurt and design and build a range of high quality aluminium melt test equipment for the foundry industry. Our products are the result of expertise and experience acquired over many years of close association with the aluminium industry. Besides manufacturing our equipment, we also provide customer services such as commissioning, maintenance, calibration of our test equipment supported by our comprehensive spare parts inventory. Our customers all over the world are served by us personally as well as by a team of representatives operating worldwide.

M & M ALLOYS

M & M Alloys is a privately-owned, UK-based supplier of atomised and milled ferrosilicon, ferroalloys and speciality foundry alloys.
